An option for people who ride smaller frame sizes. The rear wheel is of typical size but the front wheel is smaller (24 inch).

This allows the frame's top tube to be shorter, so your reach to hold the handlebar need not be as long. Also, the frame's main triangle is bigger — so you'll have room for two water bottles, a pump, a lock, etc., just like people who ride larger-size frames.
